What counts as an upload? One upload is a single shooting session with three videos — front, side, and back — of one shot type
(Free Throw, Jump Shot, or Three-Pointer). We only count it as one upload after all three angles are submitted together.
Front + Side + Back One Shot Type Per Upload 5–10 Reps Per Angle

Choose your shot type

Free Throw

  • Distance: 15 ft (straight on)
  • Film front, side, back
  • Record 5–10 reps per angle

Jump Shot

  • Mid-range (inside the arc)
  • Film front, side, back
  • Record 5–10 reps per angle

Three-Pointer

  • Beyond the arc (top or wing)
  • Film front, side, back
  • Record 5–10 reps per angle

Why we need 3 angles

Front shows alignment — feet, hips, shoulders, and ball path to the rim.

Side captures load, lift, release height, and timing.

Back reveals follow-through, body sway, and approach to the rim.

We combine all three to build a complete biomechanics model and deliver precise corrections.

Shot upload tips (quick checklist)

Record three clips: front, side, and back. Keep your whole body (and rim when possible) in frame.

Place the camera at shoulder height, steady or on a tripod — no zoom.

Good lighting (avoid strong backlight). Use normal speed (no slo-mo).

One shot type per upload — don’t mix free throws, jumpers, and threes in the same upload.

5–10 reps per angle helps our AI give the most accurate feedback.

After you film all three angles, upload them together — we only count it after all three angles are submitted.

Pro tip: film a few extra reps and pick the clearest clips for upload.
